well that was very very

dissapointing because all the graphics weren't made by you and the game overall sucked. no plot, pointless, and a rather bad concept.

that's all i've got to say, also, that techno song was horrible.

Chaz-o responds:

And? thats the whole point! its made entirely of preloaders.

Games are supposed to have plots...?

and actually 9/10 people love the song... you are the 1/10

Pfft, more like Action Man

Nice stuff!

I recently started playing drums, so figure how much do I like this!

The design is pretty well done, the buttons are alright, nothing bad to say about that. Correct.

The sounds are good, the quality is nice, overall, hearable. I have a suggestion anyway: You should make more sounds for the different possible sounds of the rider, for example. For being such a versatile instrument, the variety is a bit closed. However, it's ok for the beginning. :)

Well, it was overall pretty well done, the options were high, special attention to the fact that you can change the tempo while playing.

Good stuff, and looking foward more!

flash-flood01 responds:

that's possibly the best review i've ever had, you told me what was good AND bad. O_O. thanks for the review man, im hoping to make it better in newer versions.

Nice game! :D

I enjoyed this game!

Well, I took some part in the making, but definately playing it was much better ;)

The movies shown are good. The movies which are supposed to be good and enjoyable, and the ones which are supposed to be bad...well, they ARE bad ;)
But in the game itself, the graphics are well done, you got the "NG graphics thingy".

The sound, well, you made a good choice, that loop was a "must-hear" in this flash!

I played it 3 times, experimenting, and I enjoyed reviewing well, and being a total moron aswell. I really hope this encourages people to review more, and better their flashes!

Great job!

Little-Rena responds:

Lol, yeah, though making better flashs would be a voting game I suppose, lol P:
Playing it is way more fun than making it, I have to agree, making it was a pain at time ;D

The bad flash where made by me, except one, so thanks for the comments on them, you make me feel so happy <: [
*Abusive*

lol.

Thanks again.

A nice soundboard!

I was missing this kind of soundboards... :)

Well, this one was again pretty well done.

The background is pretty nice, a pity that's there's only one, but at least it's well chosen. The buttons are well designed, and are easy to click. They were well organized, too!

The quotes were well chosen, and it was funny to hear some of them again :)

A shame that they aren't doing that show anymore :(

Nice job!

Frenzy responds:

Comedy Central is bringing back the show to do some amount of episodes, I believe!

Thanks for the review!

Not bad...

Well, it's not a bad game, but it's nothing new or too interesting anyway. The concept is really old, and you should add some features to make this game unique and original.

The graphics are a bit poor. They're too simple for my taste, and the "lava" looked pretty bad. Also, the movements weren't smooth, I suggest changing the frame rate.

Other than that, you're not in the bad way, so keep working! :D

HelgiB responds:

ya i will thank you

And yet another update!

Well, I've seen you've done some changes and you have improved it quite a lot.

Well, the graphics are good as always, the effects are nice, and the new special attack's animation are excellent! I specially like the new "cyclone" attack. Also, the new background is better than the last red one.
The sound is still good, nice sound loops, which fit with the ambience of the flash. The voices and other FX are the same as in the other editions, that's nice
I find the controls easier this time, good job with that. The new attacks are nice, so is the new diagonal flight, those are nice implementations.

However, there are some stuff I didn't like in this edition. The ground glitch is still there, it's not common, but it is kinda annoying if it happens twice. Also, the special attack system has changed a lot. You have to make all the combos to make an special attack, and it's really difficult to do the beam, for example. I prefered the other system, making a x30combo unlocked everything, and you didn't have to make more combos again.

But, once again, good job with this! I hope to see the complete version soon ;)

KynetiK-27 responds:

TY =D

The basic tactic behind the combo/special systems: attack the ball to tag it & build up energy thru combos to make it a weapon and multiply the attack-damage. This also keeps the ball off your enemy; hurt the enemy with the ball; melee the opponent several times, building up on your combo and attack-damage; then finish off your assault with a Special Attack.
If you can sustain your combo beyond this, then excellent =D Remember you cant lose your combo score if the balls energy meter is beyond the green marker (80% charge).
As ive said before, dont get too comfortable with the SuperBeam, as being an insanely powerful move its logical its the hardest to perform.

I hope this helps your gameplay, and thanks for sticking around =D
Ive just recently fallen in love so i apoligise for the delays, my times just been cut across the jugular...

Nice stuff!

Well, sadly, it's neither a movie nor a properly called game. You can see lots of stuff, but...nothing else, just stare at them, and that can be found pretty boring.

The drawings are neat, I could dare to say perfect. The backgrounds and rooms are realistic, with a good perspective... well, flawless. Some little animations here and there and some FBF. Special mention to the overview of the castle in the intro, great job!

All the fantasy-medieval stuff was nice...I'm not really keen on that stuff nowadays, but you did an interesting job. Typical weapons, creatures and such, that lovers of this kind of stuff surely have imagined, and will love in this interactive movie.

The sound loops are not annoying, and they fit with the flash.

The menu was easy to follow, nothing more to say about that.

But, as I say, you should make an RPG flash game or a movie with this stuff. The drawings are really, really nice, but there's lack of...action, something that most of people (even myself) will find a little boring. So that's my only advice: use your talent to make some really great stuff!

Great gallery!

chazer1 responds:

thankyou for your kind words, it is nice to see a small legend commenting on our work.

unlike the last guy you managed to figure out my scroll down menu.

and we have considered making a game into this, and as you can see my freind is a good animator from his other films, but we dont have any experince in making a full fledged RPG engine, maybe if we could partner up with some one else to do the scripting.

also we do the weapons on demand as a flash forge so if you need or know any one in neeed of such weaponry just ask!

I must say, wonderful job!

Well, what to say about this? There's no room for critics, this is excellent!

The sprites have been well put together, and the result couldn't be better than this, I think. The animations were fluent and smooth, and the backgrounds didn't have glitches and such.
The music, well, is fitting, not annoying, and even entretaining to here.
The gameplay couldn't be more simple and effective. The scripting is good and flawless, and I specially liked some details, for example, when you finish a stage the circle closes around the character, no matter wether it's moving or not.

Overall, an excellent job! Keep'em coming! :D

TrueDarkness responds:

Thanks for the detailed review. I'm glad you were able to enjoy all the aspects of the game to it's fullest =D
Thanks a lot! =)

Nice game!

Hey, great game we've got here!

The music you chose was slick, I loved it!
The photos you chose were fine, some of them were really difficult to beat, but that's the point of the game, right? :P
The scripting with the amplified cursor was great, I think I haven't seen it before around here.

Extra points because games like this one are screamers, and I don't see good games of this kind often. However, you could add more levels and stuff the next time, that way it won't be so short.

Good work! :D
