Is the Take On Me song used for inpiration for the greatest end of a series all over NG? Is this even the end? I, personally, hope it isn't, but,anyway, it's an awesome chapter.

Yes, I too have lived with that. It's just that lately I've seen a lot of people re-submit crap over and over that has been blammed, and I would just like to see the damage I've done to it.

Yes, besides the graphic thing, which is not bad at all, but obviously with some practising you could improve it. The music is beautyful and fits really well with the plot. I found your first cartoon really good, so keep it up!
